How do I activate my membership?

If you have purchased from our Website it's really simple.

  • Download the Discord app.
  • Sign up and verify your email.
  • Click our invite link.
  • Head over to the 'Activation' channel and click the 'Activate my membership' button.
  • A new channel with your name will appear, simply enter the email you used to purchase on this channel.
  • Wait for us to respond back to you and verify your details.
  • You will get confirmation of verification, and you are in!

If you have purchased through Whop:

  • Visit your Whop dashboard.
  • Click on 'your passes'.
  • Click on your MstvGroup pass and click 'assign role'.
  • You will either be prompted to link your Discord account with Whop, or if you already have it linked you will be granted your roles.
  • Log on to the Discord app and you should be granted access.

Remember if you have any issues at all activating membership contact us by email or open a 'live chat' on Discord.

What platform do you host your services on?

For the time being we host our main services on Discord. Their reliability and speedy notification speed allows us to do the most and perform the best on their platform. Their platform is FREE to use and you can download their app on any device.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership is not auto renewable when purchased from our Website so you will not be charged again. However, if you have purchased from our 3rd party provider, Whop. You will need to visit your dashboard HERE, and sign in. You will be prompted a display of all your passes that you have purchased, simply select 'cancel membership'.

Our default location and language is United Kingdom, English. To benefit from our services you will need to be located in the United Kingdom.
